what type of flavour did you use ?

    Thanks

  • Where do you buy one of these ovens and how much are they?

  • What kind of themomoter are you using on the floor of the oven is it earthstone oven?

  • If you can't find basil try spinach. It tastes different from basil, ofcourse, but it works. And it looks quite similar. And a pizza with spinach looks and tastes better than one with cheese and tomato sauce alone..............

  • He didn't clean the surface of the oven properly, some ash was on there.

  • hope if you post a video how to make a pizza dough...its perfect..you got nice recipe..thanks

  • I hadn't really understood why pizza peels had different shapes (some round, some rectangular) until you explained it. Thanks!

  • What happens with the wood ashes that are left? You put the pizza on top?

  • @MrAguigo I would like to know the same. Ash is poison, isn't it?

  • Nice char. I love the char. smokey, crisp.

  • Wow, what a wonderful looking pizza. I respect the man who cooks pizza the way it's really supposed to be cooked. Excellent job, bravo.

  • what kind of stone are you working on and what kind of finish dose it have?

  • Did you use AP flour?

  • Yes, it is made of the same materials as the Casa2G -- it is smaller and a little thinner, and insulated the same way.

    FB

  • Is this oven made of the same materials of your Casa2G? What is this oven made of?

  • Good man, that is the way i like pizza.

  • Yes, that seems to be a pizza...

  • Nigga made a pizza.

  • Hit them little niggas wit a freeze pop!

  • a damp small pillow or canvas will help clearing debries from the oven floor before you cook your first bread on it.

  • I think that the oven floor was a bit overheated... There should be no smoke coming from underneath the pizza when you put it in... If the oven floor gets overheated, throw some salt in the oven... It helps.

  • That is good. Thank you for sharing.

  • Fashion yourself a long handled fork to rupture any bubbles that begin to over take your pizza.

With your sauce use a medium ladle to place sauce in the center of your dough using the bottom of the ladle spiral out to spreading the sauce using the slghtest pressure of your ladle you are spiraling the sauce creating a wave that is sort of slung outward until you reach desired application. Then bump the table a couple times to cause the highs to level off.

  • I actually prefer the bubbles haha.

    But that's just me.

  • Understood my mother in law wants burnt cookies.

My granny likes milk with rice and sugar.

My daughter likes fries with mayo.

I happen to like coffee with cinnimon

  • very nice. you can cook it at 900 degrees i think.

  • I love the wood fired oven... I'm working with a charcoal grill that's been very hard to get up past 650, so it's not quite as good, but I'm working on it.

  • It's rare to find non-italian people who make a true pizza napoletana.

    Congratz :)

  • lol obsessive anal retentive guy. But nice pizza.

  • Interesting...

I always make my dough like 20 minutes in advance, always wondered why it never crisped and was always "blaah"

  • Mighty fine looking pizza you made there; it looks gorgeous from here. I like your thermometer. The last oven I was considering building, had built in thermocouples, and would require a digital multi-meter to read. (I have those, but wondered how accurate they would be). You got it going on big time. Thanks!

  • Try putting the olive oil before the sause.

  • I'm curious, what's the advantage?

  • It keeps the sause from soaking into the crust . It makes the crust more crispy

  • I think that amount of char is perfect.

    But people's preferences differ.

Thanks for the vid and making me starving!

  • thats really cool, planning on making myself an oven this summer. your dough looks excellent too.

    good stuff

  • Where did you buy your oven?

  • Good comment. I will get working on a comprehensive dough video next. Stay tuned!

    FB
