One step towards a police state. Glendale CA is a prime example. Police are full of abusive powers and this [as well as other powers abused by glendale police specifically] exhibit ideas of a fascist police state.
This works on the "If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear" principle, which sadly, is the kind of fear-feeding mottos that allow the corruption of police to go on with such fascist enforcement.
