Philippines do have some street foods also but I guess Filipino pipz got a clean service. Both countries got a clean foods but like as u see in this vid. the servers don't use some plastic gloves to put breads or whatsoever in the meal that they've serving. Like they serve it bare hands only.
People think this is bad? At least they are cooking it in front of you...The restaurants here in the the US keep the kitchens from being seen. a lot more atrocities happen in our "clean" restaurants here.
@bhanugahlot Dirty is a matter of perspective. When you see somebody cooking barefoot - its because the streets make your shoes so dirty that barefoot IS cleaner. Also while the surrounding may seem dirty (they are) the actual cooking surfaces and implements are kept pretty clean.

Every time I go back to India, I love the food their, a lot better then the restaurants, fresh and quick, and damn good.
