hello haroldcarson, you know, me and my classmates are studying a technical high school, we are on our senior year, and we want to make a cnc plasma cutter for our graduation project, your machine seems to work very accurate and nice, so we wanted you to help us, can you!? can you tell us with more details what mechanisms and circuits did you use for the machine and how did you control it all!? thanks for your help!!
Question: is your water level adjustable? if so, do you like it and why? Also could you do a video showing how you drain and clean the table out? Thanks. Feel fine in 09!
I haven't noticed a difference in the cut quality due to the water table. However, the feedrate required for a slag free edge is different from that of a dry system.

Does the water do much to help the cut, or is it just to reduce smoke?
