Question: What is the purpose of using the HIP Crayon??

the hip crayon is to make the eyeshadow color pop. HIP helps to show the true color of the product rather than applying the color directly to the lid because more often than not you will not get the desired look without a good base. hope this helps MAC paint pot, MAC shadesticks, or HIP crayons are great bases for shadows and are great investments hope this helps (:-})
