If memory serves me right, any NATO member that does not honor article 5 will forfeit any protection afforded by NATO if they do not adhere to said agreement. I've served in all three elements so I have a unique perspective on a lot of things. I don't want to get specific on this particular forum. The thing I enjoyed the most about the military was the training, If you wanted to learn something, they would train you to do it. And I volunteered for all kinds of stuff.

@MagnusAtheos1 The Government has never done anything perfectly. The Gun Registy, CN Rail, Petro-Can as examples. Bilingualism has been expensive yes and it's application in some areas may need to be re-addressed but it is still a worthy CANADIAN Act, IMHO.
Canada is not perfect and has it's share of political blunders, idiots, crooks and malcontents.
It remains however one of the best places to live and since I've been to about 10 different countries and I can say this with conviction.

Any citizen can challenge any law in the Courts, that is our right. If we abandon that we fail as a Democracy.
Muslims or anyone else that comes here should continue to perpetuate their heritage but all within our laws and accepted Social Norms. If they don't or if they refuse and break the Law they must face the consequences and/or be deported.
