I am Scottish, and yes there are men like this out there. Not so many with the long hair but plenty of fit guys wearing kilts, though my preference has always been guys with long hair. To combine with a kilt is like heaven to me. And they wear it right too, hiking boots etc - the Highland look. I love going to Scotland football matches...yummy.
