HOW DO YOU MIRROR A PHOTO IN IPHOTO ? HELP !!

@LentejOfficial You can't. You CAN, however, double-click or right click on the highlighted photo, and select open in Preview. From there you should be able to mirror it. Then save and quit preview, and iphoto should note the change. Hope I helped.
