Why do the cops care if this guy has his camera on or not? I don't get it. He wasn't interfering with what they were doing. Any law enforcement Youtubers care to enlighten me?
I'll betcha anything that the horse spooked because of all of those huge colorful costumes running around everywhere. I ride a horse at the barn that couldn't participate is costume shows because it spooked every time it saw something too colorful and bright and big. Poor horse. I'm glad they got it to calm down. All you need is patients
The horse was probally a bit fed up by dragging people around all day, with no company of other horses as I can see. Good thing they caught him though, and that he didn't panic. Cute horse who made his point :P
if they shot the horse, then thats ridiculous. stupid southern cops. if they shot that horse, they should be brought up on charges, no reason to shoot that horse. people could have grabbed that horse running by slow, all you have to do is put your hand over the top of the nose, and above the ears, and you can control the animal, done it many times taming the wild mustangs in shingletown california
Yea everything turned out ok A big tourist ship came down the river the cops were not alowed to shoot the horse in front of the tourists they caught the horse and everything turned out ok as far as turning off my camera I pretty much say at the end Just Southern Cops.

Poor horse, thats what I say!! Its looks as though the rider of the carriage wasn't
appropriately taking charge of the horse who obviously wasn't trained for walking
a parade. I hope no one was injured and am happy the horse was not harmed!!
