I got a 77 2 door impala, and it came with the 305 smog engine. Anyway it engine burnt up so now im trying to redue the car, make it into a pro street machine.

Does anybody know why my chevy 1977 Impala would lack excelleration. I would never be able to do a burnout. It takes off way to slow with no torque at all.

@dudman66 If your looking for trim you should try "YEARONE" they have loads of stuff for GM, Dodge, and Ford cars and trucks, Google it youll prob find what your looking for. Have fun Drive safe and watch for motorcycles!!!
