  • how is it a generator if he hooks it up to a battery????

  • Was not he using a battery? i thought hes gonna do a free energy engine..

  • @gmesthermax If You want to get Free Energy System to power your Home:

    - Here is my advice for you:

-- There is a website that review the current Magnetic Generators in the market

--- Go To Google and search for --> Top Magnet Generator

---- Click the first results and... Wa-la!

  • Spelling errors!!!

    (turns head)

    :(

  • You should have been a surgeon, great motor skill. I don't get bro, you built a hell hand made toy, that every dad with a small son should build.

    The Magnetic Generator.....think about that.

    Great set of hands!

  • @johnrileyson

"...every son........"? i guess you still think women belong in the kitchen huh?

  • is this a sad joke?

  • LMAO! What is this? I dunno, I guess these steps just aren't how I'm gong about it.

  • pendejo en ese caso mejor ponle la bateria al led de una buena vez, que no te enteras de nada tio

el generador electromagnetico tiene como objetivo general corriente sin ninguna fuente (bateria)

  • if you use a battery just connect the battery to what ever you are trying to power instead of making this

  • This is NOT a magnetic Generator if you need to use a battery to power it.

  • Comment removed

  • And why you do not put the led straight to the battery and make all these.

  • @danpapadan

at 9 volts without a 330 ohm resistor, it would burn out, plus it fun to build things. i guess you like things handed to you..............much ilke the majority of the world.

  • rather hear you talking than listening to musik

  • when all these fine toys were in the minds did the word torque have a bearing on design i wanting work to be done .how big would it have to be to do work jk 12 210

  • i want to made GENERATOR BUT!!!! i want to HAVE that engine !! I have But i want when engine is RUN the Electricity to go IN ENGINE !!!! When I STOP to pass

current i want engine to work !!!! withe this current whos is MADe by COIL

  • нафига столько работал соединил бы сразу с батареей и се!

  • He is using a battery to power a generator he is smart

  • this is like the mini version of the generator that everyone is making a big fuss about. lol. i must say, i think it is garbage. lol

  • the worst 8 minutes anyone is ever going to ever experience in their freakin' lives -.- you have disappointed me

  • i need 3 minutes back from the end

  • Can I get my 8 minutes back ??

  • @Alexeriks1

"Who said anything about free energy??"

The guy I was replying to. He's a proponant of the concept of free energy and was suggesting that this is proof of its validity. Why don't you try paying attention next time before jumping in half cocked and making a fool out of yourself?

And yes, the guy in the video *is* converting electricity twice, this doesn't contradict the fact that he's demonstrating how a generator works.

  • how can it be a generator when it requires a battery to make it go ? isn't the whole point of a generator to produce independent electrical current?

  • @wingnut4427 the Energy goes to the Coil, the Rotor starts to rotate the Motor and the Motor Create Energy "like an Dynamo "Electric Generator" and this let the led flash up

  • Your electro magnetic induction motor appears to be

converting Direct current to Alternating current.

Thus a DC to AC converter.

  • can it only power LEDs or other bulbs?

  • Fascinating and just further proof of concept.

  • @TheMagneticgenerator

It's not proof of any free energy concepts. You do realize that the motor works essentially the same way as the "generator", right? So you've basically got electricity turning magnets turning magnets creating electricity.

It's a fun project, and as a demonstration of how a generator works I guess it's pretty well done, but they might as well have just stopped after buying the motor and connect the Led directly to the battery. They're just converting electricity twice.

  • THE MUSIC IS SOOOOOO ANNOYING

  • Its an electric motor

  • You give me $ 9 , I will pay you back $ 1.5 ? Good deal !

  • wait if it powers an LED then it genorates 3v correct?

  • i think he just showed the principle, i learned more from this vid then many other showing their generators.

  • Go to freemicrosoftpoint[DOT]com for a working one!

  • you used 9 v to get 1.5? :D but not bad

  • good job.i wonder if you could make a bigger prototype and have a smaller motor running it right. bigger magnets and more and bigger copper wires and when its running you switch off the battery and have it run itself. anyways good job.

  • Agreed. The one thing I've only ever maybe seen once on YouTube, is true closed loop perpetual generation, without an external power source.

  • U use a 9V bat. to produce how much?

I think the thing is to consume less than you produce and a part of the electricity produced to return to the motor to make it keep going.I am I wrong?

  • yr put coils around it 2 pik up the current init :d

  • wouldn't it be easier if you just hooked the 9V battery to the LED's?

  • Get plans to build a magnetic generator at magniwork-review.blogspot(DOT)com

  • sorry bro, thats pretty nice still..

but, it's not a megnetic generator.. you are not creating the energy..

  • hahahahaa....yes u made it!!!!!

  • why not just turn the motor, it uses the same magnetic stuff as the one you just made but it's easier, just thinking.

  • hi i was trying to make this project and i was asking if the magnet has to b that one or can it be any of them

  • my god a really complicated way to light a little light with a 9v battery how amazing lol

  • darkrashan you are right... And this video is just perfect...

  • you idiots..

he's trying to demonstrate the properties of a GENERATOR and he's using a MOTOR to power the GENERATOR...

simply replace the MOTOR section with *insert desired kinetic force here*

    good vid..

  • yes, in fact, it shouldn't be named generator but OSCILLATOR as well.

  • So, what with the car wheels?

  • Probably they were ment to move. But hey, there is a motor, used for the led instead.

  • thats because what it gets is to have an intermittent led. ;)

  • Wow, thats impossible, you are lighting a LED with one 9V Battery?

    Is the LED superbright?

Can you make it bigger, maybe you should swith the input to 220/110V, perhaps you can light a normal lightbulb(40-100Watts,clearglass,candleform) with that free energy device?

    Best regards Stefan

  • why connect the motor to the battery in order to turn the coil and produce electricity to light the LED, when you could just connect the LED to the battery? I don't get it.

  • thats got to be the dumbest thing ive ever seen...

  • not a generator, a motor.

  • why are the wheels?

  • LOL

the amount of energy being wasted by converting the energy stored in the battery to mechanical energy in order to produce electricity for the light is ridiculous.... cool but for the fact that it is powered by a battery.

  • Captain obvious strikes again!

    Draeperin, up, up and away....

  • hahaha :D i can FLY

  • wtf?

  • What are those wheels for?

  • What you built was a dynamotor, frequently used in industry 40 years ago to control speed, direction, and torque of large AC motors. It is also used to control wheel motor train.

    Good project!

  • Just plug the LED into the freaking battery. Why waste your time????

  • LMAO... but then you don't get to say "you built one".. heh

    funny.

  • I guess your right. Since I started building things are in a different perspective

  • really though, I build stuff all the time "DIY", especially from watching "howthingsaremade/howthingswork" information, it's a lot of fun, but mostly, it really des give one a different perspective on just "how/what" is going on, etc. Mostly, its just fun. And creates even more ideas for my own "designs/ideas" as I jot down the notes as I build stuff, or use a camera most of the time. Also, it has taught me how to "repair" store bought crap.. i hav no fear of "voiding the warranty" now. :P

  • I agree 100% with everything you just wrote!!!

It's truly amazing how much one can learn by building. I've learned more about circuits and motors and give the credit to open source sites like the tube. I just picked up a electric scooter (the two wheel type)which was left out for a free pick and was told it was dead....Not anymore :)

  • if youi plugged the led into the battery then you wouldnt have the generator fool

  • that's my whole point and no need for name calling my friend. It was just an observation.

    I dig the construction......

  • what are the input and output stats? how much electricity is being generated and how much is it taking to generate it?

  • nopoint of makeingthat well u could connetct it to a small windmill ad get like 3 volts out

    of it

  • rhere was no point for this poor vid and it does not make sense two thumbs down

  • you spelt "spelled" wrong...

  • I thought there were two coils of copper wire?

  • just one.. the first was just the spindle that the wire was taken from.

  • you spelt piece wrong...
