Can i ask, if i cant lift my leg straight when i lie on the floor with my back in contact with the ground, is it due to stiffness in my back? well, i dont feel pain in my back but i just not flexible to do it. is there any exercise you can recommend me?
wow its amazing. i tried this and my lower back feels better already! i had been having lower back stiffness and strain from bending over and heavy lifting at work. for how many days a week would you recommend this routine?
Beautifull and simpel again! And I don't think there's anything really new about yoga..., neither is that what it is about... Honouring and enjoying what is, is what's important and even special!
what's your workout routine? do you have one? is yoga all you do? also i don't like weight training so will yoga and my pilates be enough to replace it for strength training?
