If you are put on a probation or undertakings for committing a summary conviction like you mention. Then you break them why would you be surprised you end up in jail. Also have you ever talked to any CO's who worked with Ashley Smith. There was a reason she was in prisoned for a good portion of her life, cleary she was not mentally stable. So maybe instead of causing problems for the police, you could protest the lack of money put towards programs which could help people like Ashley.
