  • Wait so does the 11 stand for 11" aperture?

Awesome vid man, really just wow.

Gets me going cause I am going from a 4.5" reflector to a 12" reflector

  • I only found a day with good seeing... normally I'm not so lucky :D

  • That is really cool!

  • Nice video, nice scope, great job! Thanks for sharing!

  • Crickey good seeing too! I never tire of looking at the planets and I don`t think I ever will. I`ve never seen Saturn face on so every time I think "oh maaan I`m getting old :(" I think, aaaah but that means I`m all the closer to seeing Saturn face on! lol Gotta be best for imaging hasn`t it!

  • Que hermoso video!

  • absolutely awesone!!!

  • mind...blown

  • I wanna know which retarded dumbasses of you actually believe this is Saturn? The sky is outer space is NOT fucking blue you idiots!

  • @TheFr3shlatina It's real, go buy yourself a scope and learn how to use it!

  • really when was this taken?

  • hello just wanted to ask ur opinion.i was thinking of buyine either the c 9.25 or the c11.just wondered if u had an opinion on which is best? ps im pretty much a novice lol

  • @clammy666 Both are excellent scopes, the quality control seems a bit better on the 9.5 , the C11 is hit and miss depending on the year. A good C11 is will show you a bit more detail, size rules, especially in deep sky objects. However, with a C11 you have longer cool down and more weight to deal with, everything is always a trade off.

  • @carlcat thanks you for you're reply i think im going to go with the c11

  • very nice. the cassini division is very clear.

  • What kind of telescope did you used?

  • its in the description

  • is your webcam modded?

  • It's the commercial Philips Toucam Pro II - PCVC 840 K without modifications.

  • @apocri

Wow this is the best i have seen ,

I tried my self never like this.

    great job.

    Europe has over price telescopes.

  • Saturn's rings are more than 21 kilometers thick and are more than 131,000 kilometers wide. Saturn has more than 60 known moons and may have quite a bit more. Great work on the video.

  • @RJL738 Saturns rings are only 30 feet thick, 10 meters. Thats a fact

    Cumps.

  • Witch!

  • this is HOT

  • It's a pleasant view. Upper edge seems just a little blurried (collimation needed?), but the overall focus is pretty good as well as the seeing, which could be even better.

Have you used any contrast filter?

  • The blurried edge could be due to the webcam adaptor a little off axis, I did not use filter

  • Ok apocri. Thank you a lot.

  • @balzerbarn i disagree that just looks like you tubes rubbish compresion

  • nice video mate, that C 11 rocks!!!

  • i cant help but get teary eyed seeing this. ive been into the stars and planets since i was a child ^_^ i wish i could afford a scope so i could see saturn up close like tha t=D

  • Very nice image! Bet you're out there looking at 17P/Holmes!

  • A normal telescope? mmmm.... how much $???

I'd like a telescope like yours... Saturn looks so great!!!

  • In Italy it costs around 4200 euro

  • perfect

  • was that with a normal telescope?

  • Yes, an amatorial telescope, a Celestron 11 CPC

  • that was great,thanks

  • i have two meade series 5000 lenses they both cost so much money i could buy 10 DS-2114 telescopes with it how good are those lenses One is 34MM for Deep Space and the other is 6.7 MM for Lunar and Planetary.

  • Never had my C11 with Saturn looking like that using a Toucam 3. Nice!

  • Very nice! You must have had some good seeing that night! So much lovely detail :D
