I have counters to certain units on other teams then they get Grizzlies or Scarabs and nothing but my two vultures have the slightest chance.

@jesusfrreak2 upgrades are important i create a small defence force then i start upgrading only create small military outpost and supply outpost they help a lot pay attention to the map and the voice that is the other thing that helps when it says attack imminant pay attention and send a defence force were u need it hope these tips helped signing off ariberter

they should make halo wars 2 and u should be able to pick a unit and go into first person mode and be that unit orrr be able to see whats going on in that veiw...one flaw with that is how long it would take to make the controls and data storage for the game...but i think it would be a good idea...anyone else think so???

it does take stradegy. i took out an entire army of banshees with 3 fulyl upgraded spartans. just keep high jacking them.

@kingofkingsG I love to fully upgrade things and then attack with a full army...but sometimes in Multiplayer people leader rush, warthog rush, and even ghost rush! So you always have to put up turrets and fully upgrade them...And keep some units back at the base to defend it because turrets wont hold out a whole enemy army. So yeah :D

Halo wars does have some strategy. Even for instance, if your opponent mass an army of say, vultures and Spartan jacked tanks, just counter them appropriately and even if at times it's about numbers, I recall having 9 vampires wiping out 2 vultures and 8 hornets. So micro managing is also important.

Halo wars online is mainly based upon who can mainly spam the more troops and use abilities during battle. However there are the rare occasions when the game lasts than 45 minutes and you must use stradegdy. Something that doesn't happen much in halo wars.

This game sucks, All you have to do is few Scorpions and rush, kapow you destroyed their base, then the opponent will ofc try to send Airforce.. Wow it doesn't matter cuz Hornets are so fucking weak they can prolly destroy 1-2 scorps and you've already managed to fuck the opponent up.

This game has nothing to do with strategy, you can't use the Terrain to your advantage, you can't kill ANYTHING with infrantry, the rocket launchers are ridiculously weak against aircraft and vehicles.

wtf, XBL is 5€/month which is like 7$ or 3.5£. its 60€/year which is nothing compared to PS's 420-500€ price when we add the HS its 470-550$, Xbox is 350€ as Elite, 120gb. You can keep XBL for 2 years, play good games, including FF's, MGS, Tekken, soon and the original Halo, Forza, PGR and a lot of other games. You buy PS3 for BR movies and shit, you buy Xbox for games. Xbox is way better system for gaming with its ergonomic pad. PS 3 is great for watching Blu-Ray content.
