I have volumes of B&W snapshots of each of these cars and drivers, racing programs signed by the best of them, and memories of handshakes from many of them as a breathless, awestruck teen. Like all teens I fantasized designing & building my own F-1 car, which I would drive to the Championship, of course! My room was cluttered with cherished parts of old race cars (usually crashed). You know the syndrome! What's the name of the opening/closing music, please?

Please, please, PLEASE bring this great show back! I used to plan my Saturdays around watching this show. I was a car-crazy teenager during these 'golden years', and each of these racers' names and faces were magic to me. I spent all my allowance and earnings at every GP course I could attend. Hill in the BRM was my hero, but I loved each of them. I sadly watched them all die, one by one, over the years. As a kid, I thought no cars would ever be faster than 1960s F-1. These are all my heroes!
