well, tax dollars hard at work as demonstrated here. the four wheeler is shot, cause it died from water going into the engine while its running. water doesn't compress, so when the fly wheel keeps turning and the piston stops, the damn con rod goes through the piston and the crank case, piston, con rod, head(more than likely) and possibly the crank shaft need to be replaced. in other words, needs a whole new engine. i live in pensacola too. this guy is a certified, licensed dumb ass.

My Dad works for the EPA and told me about what happened, then I saw it on the news and heard about it being on YouTube. He drove in the water to tell the surfers to leave and got his 4wheeler jammed in gear, so he couldn't reverse.
