downside : mortal, limited long range, only 1 close range means of combat.

gambit has his power "limit break" that obliterates anything in eye sight.

deadpool has his "mercs revenge" mode (if you play the games ) which makes him teleport around insanely.

so with gambits high intelect and the possible ability to lure deadpool into a trap gambit would win the 5th round.

personally i like deadpool more but gambit just has the upper hand.

Yeah but if the numbers went to 100 I'm sure that Deadpool would be past Deadpool. In all other categories Deadpool would be past him. Deadpool is an expert in Martial arts and knows how to use almost any weapon you give him. You don't have to be strong and intelligent to win a fight.

Also.

At his full power, Gambit is able to charge any organic or non-organic matter within his line of sight through thought.

Meaning, when he sees Deadpool, he can think of it, and Deadpool would incinerate.

Gambit is also able to heal himself by stimulating his cellular activity.

But its not shown that much.

Guys you have to remember this is Deadpool the assassin. Not Deadpool as portrayed in the movie X-Men Origins: Wolverine, where he is damn near unstoppable.

Remy would win this fight. Deadpool would be an awesome match for him but Gambit would beat him in the end.

Oh please Gambit does not stand a chance. Is Gambit able to regenerate, NO. Can he teleport, NO. Can he dodge bullets ,YES but so can Deadpool. Before Gambit can charge Deadpool's armor he would have to touch which would be extremely hard because of the teleportation. And besides, an explosion that comes from one of Gambit's cards is only going to cut him up a bit at the most. Oh and don't curse to get a point across. It only seems like you cant think of anything.

You got it brother. People view Deadpool as the Deadpool in the recent Wolverine movie. The Marvel website stats of both show them roughly evenly matched but gambits intelligence and strength are higher. Rock on Remy!
