GOD! i love these cars, ill probably never afford one, first to admit that, but i know my cars. 10 years ago id see an 80s-90s vette, and yud see some bussiness guy doin 30 in it. i dont think iv eva seen a c4 do a burnout lol. But since the c5 an c6 come out, they ar the real deal. an now that the z06 an Zr1 rule the world,its not just a semi fast yuppy car anymore. I luv the Zr1, for 120k its a bargain, but the ZO6 is my fave! 75k 4 the car, sum twin Ts, a few mods an for under 100k, your king

gota be REALLY fast with the hands in the old classics, any car with manual trans today, all u gota do is keep the gas pedal to the metal and if u miss the gear then the rev limiter will save the engine

@firehawkowner hey bro, there was no powershifting here or in any of my other videos, infact I dont know how to powershift, thse are really fast shifts not here in the 0-300 vid, but its the old classical lift gas, clutch in, gear change, clutch out and on the gas again :D

@firehawkowner just push in the clutch as fast as u can, and shift in the right gear n let the clutch go as fast as you pushed it in my brotha its not hard but it can reduce your clutch life!

exact reason why i want to build a z06 over a zr1, forced induction vs forced induction z06 has a bigger engine and has 505 hp already put any supercharger on that and its over the zr1s 638 but i would do a TT like this

@Soulscarz I agree with you to a point. I understand your theory that the bigger motor always wins, but if you were to supercharge a LS7 lets say for a street trim car you couldnt run too much boost without fear of detonation because the static compression ratio of the LS7 is so much higher then the LS9. My point is there has to be a balance especially on a street car. Theres a plethora of reason's other then emmissions and warranty and that GM didnt just throw a blower on the LS7..

this is why,,,, the ZR1 compared to the PASTA ROCKETS is a BARGAIN,,, 200 k left over after buyin a ZR1 over a LAmboRARRI... BUT,,, compared to the Z06 its a rip off,,,,, i love the ZR1,,, but i love the Z06 more,,,,,, you can buy a z06 which makes over 500hp with no power adder, add turbo/s and youre in or WAY PAST ZR1 league,, for less money,, in my opinon which is worthless,, Buy a used Z06 with low documented miles(check the wheelwells for rubber) and put turbos on it. BOOM, 700hp
