  • é verdade que estão reconstruindo o local?

  • i is gonna buy that land, repair the rides, and reopen the park.

  • Thats amazing how its abandon & everything is still standing, The old park near my house everything was either auctioned off, or burned down by kids, its gone except some of the roller coaster.. most of that collapsed

  • this is fucking awesome!

  • One park has filed for bankruptcy,Six Flags, forgot which city ) is having $ issues.

  • New Orleans?

  • No,think its Six Flags over Texas.

  • Its the six flags in California

  • You sure? The one at Magic Mountain?Went there many years ago before I left Calif to move back east.

  • Yeah found out a week or so ago

  • I read that S Flags filed for bankruptcy but it wouldn't affect their parks in the US and Canada. They are merely " restructuring.

  • You havnt been to the one in California recently I see? I heard the same thing but I see the park offer massive specials. That tells me their in trouble and need money

  • Sure sounds like it,esp. with massive offers. The only time I went there was in 1992 or so.

  • Great footage. Not a lot of the old parks left. But videos like yours help to keep them alive or dead as the case may be. Loved it.

  • ive heard its been demolished. and others say it hasnt. has it or not?

  • Demolition has started but it isn't complete. I think there isn't that much they have demolished so far, but I do know for sure a crew went around last summer and marked the still standing remains with red X's. I haven't been there in a long time but I plan on going back one last time since this park is in the city where I live.

  • 1878-1978 it was open for 100 years exactly

  • how long ago did it close

  • What is the song on part 1 called? I have to know...

  • dude this place is so kick ass i went 2 years ago so many hicks and their shitty houses at the front though

  • That was creepy.

  • How awesome...seeing the rusted hulk of a roller coaster ride in the middle of the woods is amazing.

  • How do you get into the park? When I went there, there were high fences up with no tresspassing warnings. What happens if you get caught inside the park?

  • it never used to be so bad, with the security, it used to be easy to go inside

  • @BrianNeal u get fined dude

  • so what is the story behind that park? Is it haunted? Did peopl die? It looks cool and spooky... But I wanna know the groosum facts. Inform me please.

  • Groosum? Another fine product of American education.

  • I actually was planning on doing that making it look like something comes out of the woods and kill us but i couldnt get it together in time maybe next time lol

  • I'm waiting for Jason or some Zombies to jump out and kill those guys. LOL.

  • @scottieman2 nah jason

  • The "teacups" are actually a ride known as "Tumblebug". There are only 3 left in the US and 1 in the UK. One of the three is that fella right there that's been rotting away since '77. There's one at Conneaut Lake Park, in PA. Not quite sure where the other one is, but it's a fun ride. Wish the video had been a little longer, but thanks for posting it. :)

  • the other one is in Kennywood Park outside of Pittsburg PA. I was just there. They call it the turtle instead.

  • But now Conneaut's closed, too. Sad.

  • So that leaves Kennywood. Still open and going strong!

  • Oh crap did some research. They tore down the one in the UK!

ONE left in the world at Kennywood!

  • Only 2 full-sized Tumble Bugs remain operating today; 1 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and 1 in Conneaut Lake, Pennsylvania. All fullsize instances are made by Traver Engineering. The ride also exists in a kiddie form. The length of the full-size Tumble Bug is 100 feet in diameter. The full-size has 6 cars, while the kiddie version had 4 to 3 cars. There are more kiddie versions operating today than there are full-sized.

  • Conneaut's closed. Sad. They were trying to save the park, but when the ballroom burned down (arson is suspected), many of the rides and vehicles stored there were destroyed. Sad.

  • hi yes blackpool pleasure beach uk had the last tumble bug there but they only just got rid of it. it was standing but not operating for about 4yrs. i miss this sort of ride.

  • October 2007 i believe

  • Great footage! When exactly did you take this video?

  • Great videos! Thanks for uploading
