  • those who do not participate in the alleged desecration of our natural property and commit the same exact offense. I refuse to believe that the responsible adults that refrain from any unlawful actions should be convicted as felons for the personal choice of SMOKING A JOINT WHILE READING THE NEW YORK TIMES. A murderer who is under the influence is still a murderer. A law-abiding man who is under the influence is STILL a law-abiding man.

  • The drug test is a big problem. The unemployment rate is for one, and passing a bill for further testing for unemployment benefits will only cause the responsible marijuana users to become the condemned. With their habit causing them to not have a job nor a shot at ANY income, those people will become the ones in the street. We as responsible adult citizens should have a right to do what we want to our bodies and face the consequences for poorly-rationalized decisions in the same degree as...

  • these insane jerks will have everyone pissing for the $ ~already in the toilets, and filling their jails and pockets over God's green hemp oil tree and healing herb ~ inhumane and merciless bloats ~ leading into captivity over 850,000 americans yearly ~ not so freedom loving these days and so destructive, the shifts continue

  • This guys arguing why for for the wrong reasons, I don't want my tax dollars going to your drug habits. Also the new drug test centers would create jobs and hopefully make people turn their lives around.

  • If an employer sees someone is unproductive or unsafe they should fire them.Drug screening doesn't reveal anything relevant. It only shows that a person used marijuana on their own time.Anyone old enough to remember an employer telling them what they do on their own time is their own business?

  • absolute bullshit. what a way to stick it to people who are already going through tough times, even the drug users. first of all, we spent billions of dollars each year throwing our innocent brothers, sisters, parents, and KIDS in FUCKING JAIL for using drugs, esp marijuana. maybe if he was half-decent of a human being, he would be trying to end this stupid drug war to begin with. the sad truth is, you are paying your tax dollars, to support a system that is against you-if you happen to smoke.

  • I have no problem submitting to a drug test if all the elected officials get drug tests and no beer ,no liquor because this is the worst drug out there. DUI's these people are crazy...but i can not smoke a joint when Im depressed. Lets look at his background and test his urine. Lets make sure his construction company isnt recieving goverment funds that he mishandled.

  • Hummmm This is a really stupid ... check my channel chazmasterman. 21 uploads vlog's by chazmasterman part 1 and 2

  • They will have to come to me for a test .

  • i dont think this isint a bad idea at all , just make the dope test for free !

  • fuck this bennett asshole

  • Yea, cholesterol tests before ordering fast food, think about it how much it would lower health insurence costs.

  • Hey, let's give people cholesterol tests before they buy fast food. 'cause that'll really help the system.

  • hello every 1 I'm looking for people those like make money

  • The random drug testing on the people trying for unemployment benefites is completely stupid.

These people have already paid the money into the system to get their benefites, and he's making them pay to get the test. Stupid piss head. These people need the money to feed their families and you want to make them spend MORE money in order to get it?

Maybe we should drug test him!

  • This guy in Florida receives tax payer money drug test him

  • Way to go, Sniper Piper! On target as usual.

  • Considering the current economic situation, did anybody stop to consider how expensive it is to actually have drug testing? Drug testing is an industry in of itself that has become so powerful that laws would be passed to draw huge profits from preveously untapped markets (the unemployed!?) costing huge tax dollars. In short, WE ARE BEING BAMBOOZLED!

  • I am not sure how much it costs for the individual test..

But, in the video the guy says that the individuals would have to pay for the drug tests themselves..

I assume it would come out of their unemployment checks..

So not only are we going to invade your privacy.. YOUR going to pay for it, directly!

  • good stuff bill

  • This is by far one of the most frightening things I have heard in a long time.

Pay attention people. The US government is completely out of control.

  • maby our leaders should be piss tested

  • hell no

  • Its an invasion of privacy, simply because, what's next?

If you can use unemployment as an excuse to butt into people's personal lives, there is no limit!

This is not about whether an activity is illegal or not, because the right to privacy prevents them, with good cause, from knowing that all together! Privacy makes that point null.

So do we force the unemployed off alcohol too? Do we force them to live their lives as minimalists, or always bored because anything enjoyable must be unnecessary?

  • Fuck that old bastard. I wonder what that fat fucks alcohol level is at any given time? We should test him. We want to make sure he's not spending our money on things like war, and corruption, and special interests....Fuck him.

  • Invasion of privacy, No one should have to prove that they able to work when there is no reason to believe they are not. most are drug tested to get the job that laid them off, when will these old idiots die?

  • Mike Bennett should take a drug test and that record should be made public. Test him for all drugs too: alcohol, tobacco, prescription drugs, poppy bagels, etc.

    .

  • Florida Republican Mike Bennett is a bad representative of the people.

    .

  • This is america if you like to piss in a cup thank a vet !

  • will they test for booze, smokes coffee and other legal drugs?

  • drug tests are invasion of privacy and unconstitutional and goddamit it's my body i'll put in it what i want so fuck off government.

  • @ssj4goku100million Not only that... But drug testing is expensive. you figure 50 dollars per person and they do this regularly that will cost too much money also. With an economy like this, that will only add to the deficit. This is TOTALLY unrealistic and complete bullshit. It should be none of anyone's business

  • @DaCosmicCat It's 25 bucks and should come out of the RECIPIENTS POCKETS!! I have to take a drug test to KEEP my job so YOU can collect YOUR benefiets. Why the FUCK shouldn't YOU have to take a test to collect, when I have to take one to keep my job to pay INTO the system!?!

I'm so sick of you fucking bums milking tax dollars so you can get your dime bags. You can ALL EAT SHIT!

  • @jjrants @jjrants you're an idiot. Look at my location, before you make assumptions, you moron. I never said I was collecting. you're probably some white trash weed head construction worker, that's why. Wow, you're just an asshole.

  • @DaCosmicCat If they put recipients TO WORK as volunteers in state sponsored counceling centers, it would OPEN UP JOBS. Recipients could also be doing tasks like performing the actual testing, etc. The only ones who OPPOSE it are the ONES MILKING THE SYSTEM!! As is, I own 2 businesses and CANT STAND THE ABUSE OF MY TAX DOLLARS when someone else REALLY NEEDS IT! Frankly, I call the state every time some asshole want's me to pay them under the table because their bennies will get CUT.

  • @jjrants Well, I don't care to be honest..that has nothing to do with me.

  • @jjrants Ya they should also have to not have deceases as well. I have to take a test for diseases while working at a school. If someone has a disease they should not be allowed to have unemployment.

  • @InterntzTrollerinz If someone has a disease, they shouldn't have boned your sister.

  • @ssj4goku100million but some of these people have a high level over 9000...

  • @ltrizzle84 although I'm not concerned with anyones high level unless it reflects in their performance, that was an epic comment:)

  • Land of the Free is a fucking lie. I thought we are presumed innocent in this country. Drug tests like these are a way of having to prove your not guilty.

  • *My* money.. *I* should be able to do what I want to do with it... i payed unemployment insuring while I was working..

these assholes have to be consistant, if they are saying I don't NEED the money because I spend it on marijuana..

Make it so we can't buy cigarettes or alcohol..

    (collecting unemployment in MN)

While I was working I *never* took a drug test! So.. his logic is skewed when he says we had to take random tests while we were paying insurance.

  • A lot of jobs don't drug test, so just because you can't pass one doesn't make you "unable" or "unwilling" to work.

  • Agreed, it is the employers that put that hurdle there, then when someone can't pass it they shout, "They aren't able to work!"

No, the businesses are turning them down!

  • I think it's more like, the requirements for unemployment would be asking more of you than your employer would. So by putting that hurdle there that's higher than the actual employment hurdles, they're being a barrier to employment.
