The drug test is a big problem. The unemployment rate is for one, and passing a bill for further testing for unemployment benefits will only cause the responsible marijuana users to become the condemned. With their habit causing them to not have a job nor a shot at ANY income, those people will become the ones in the street. I have no problem submitting to a drug test if all the elected officials get drug tests and no beer ,no liquor because this is the worst drug out there. Recipients could also be doing tasks like performing the actual testing,etc. The only ones who OPPOSE it are the ONES MILKING THE SYSTEM!! I think it's more like, the requirements for unemployment would be asking more of you than your employer would. So by putting that hurdle there that's higher than the actual employment hurdles, they're being a barrier to employment.
