Looks very nice, did you install a PulseVU chip?
is the UMD door completely cut out, is it like a hole? Maybe you could add some perspex to make it look better and to prevent dirt coming into your drive..

yes i cutted the umd cage but not all the way, just enough so it could show the umd spinning. I also added some plastic temporally untill i get a jewel.
