This video was at-least 25-30 minutes long before it was edited. I would like to see it in its entirety, along with the arrest video. This guy prosecuted DUIs and other crimes for over 30 years. How many times did he tell a jury that the Data-Master was the best instrument, to test a persons blood alcohol level, ever invented; but now he doesn't trust it.
There is no way he is going to further incriminate himself. He knows there is no way he will pass the test.
