You have NO idea how grateful i am to you for posting this! With the recent outrage of Jerry Lewis being mysteriously denied his appearance on what was supposed to be his final MDA telethon as its host for decades, this piece of philanthropy history is so very important. A true testament to the legacy that Jerry Lewis has left his indelible impression on! His 45 years of tireless work for MDA raising billions of dollars must never be forgotten and thanks to you-the poster- He won't be forgotten.
