Yea, pretty easy to make if you all ready know about logic gates, and pistons. Didn't use any binary so diffidently not as difficult as a redstone 7-segment clocks, or calculators, but is a good starter project for anyone who is just learning about redstone heavy projects.

@13illyMays I know EXACTLY what you are experiencing. It happened to me when I was designing the whole self resetting RS NOR Latch Array. Your problem is TIMING. It is very critical. Make sure there's a 4 delay after the reset or it will just flash. Hope it helped. :D
