I was there too!! I will be in the 11th row this summer!!! When I see this, I get the goosebumps.. And remember another two nights Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers saved my life! I could never re-create this moment, it was completely organic and amazing.. The crowd was awesome too.

I love how everybody says this video makes them miss the shit out that night...because thats exactly how i feel! The lighters everywhere were amazing, along with the warm starry night sky and the beautiful river in the background. One of the best nights of my life for sure

that friday night show was amazing! my first ever tom petty concert, i was so excited!

i never looked for videos of it until tonight, but MAN this is taking me back.

i drove 4.5 hours to get there from south portland, met up with people, then drove back 4.5 right after the concert, got home at like 4:30am and had to work at 8am! it was crazy!

would i do it again? heck yea!!!

Drove once to Mississippi from Phoenix via Illinois only for love...got to Illinois in time to see Her kiss her date goodnight...ahhh! but the memory, i'd never give it up! Had a drink with Her 30years later...and She told me; She felt me there that night went to bed and started Crying...that's when I kissed her and said Thanks for the Memory!!

FUCK YEAH MAN! the gorge is the shit, and tom killed it that night. i was chain smokin bowls with some of my best frieds, with a belly full of beer. couldn't of been a better night!

A friend of mine and I drove from massachusetts for this show... just got back a few days ago. It was well worth the over 6,000 miles of driving we did. I've seen him many of times, but the gorge is an amazing venue that i'm so thankful for being able to see him there...

We were there both nights. Planned on only 1 but scored some killer cheap tickets for Saturday. Saturday was a better set...might have to do with our new super hot neighbors in the campground though:)
