I have never looked at the american war for inependence as being a civil war. But after watching this series, I have had time to sit and ponder that statement, and am quite shocked that Furguson, is right.... No two ways about it. No one feels good about going to war with ones own people. Explains why all of the old anglo colonys are the closest allies. :P
