I sang the bass line in a choir in grade 8! to this song. My teacher was Theodore Jewel from Kapuskasing Ontario. He was a black man-a memorable comical but strict personality, we all loved him-he recently passed away buit I remember this spiritual well.

I have been trying to deal with some problems recently-this song was going through my head; hadn't heard it since I was a child as far as I can remember.
