  • luckyhandz36-thanks.I was planning to go To Wudang Mountains firstly to take a a first hand look at the kinds of tarining fro taiji quan (not kungfu)., somtimes midJuly but suddenly I had a recurring knee problems due to an old injury when I was doing my ChenStyleDadao 2 years ago.So to shelf my plans until next year! But I am not sure when is the good time to go with most of the laozhis/Masters returning hoem from their overseas training centres.this was told to me by an YouTube friend.

  • he is killing his knees jumping from heights like that

  • he's a beast!

  • Parkour is better.

  • @shad0wtraceur

That's ur opinion. Do note this is NOT parkour, it's not really fair to compare, just cause they look similar. It's purely martial arts.

Those parkour-ish movements are as the video description says is... "qinggong (lightweight kungfu)" I guessing they practice running up walls and such, as a way coniditioning for that particular area of the cirrculum (qing gong).

It's interesting to see how such different disciplines can also be quite similar though in certain areas.

    Peace.

  • @TheBboyplayer08 parkour can be considered as a martial art as it is a discipline

  • Look at his leg power-killer instinct!!!If I am 30 years younger surely I try to acquire this skills......awesome and powerdul in all his stunts...that's Wudang Kung Fu...I must visit Wudang this year. Thanks for the video to open up to those who wants to see and know Wudang Mountains,

  • great :D it is best with drunken master 2 theme

    realy good

  • honestly i have no idea what you are saying?? :(

  • lol parkour

  • i've seen better parkour runners than this!

  • @eelpieandmash Lol it isn't even parkour xD

  • what's with the weight training?! hardly an ancient taoist practise?

  • 2:04, he is so gentle on the partner, haa

  • That was incredibly amazing. But I somehow think Master Shixing is hiding a lot of his skill

  • What's the song

    so awesome!!

  • dude, i know for sure it's a version of (i cbf typing) wikipedia paste:

"On the General's Orders" (將軍令) is now associated with Wong Fei Hung.

In the Once Upon a Time in China series, the music was named A Man Should Better Himself (男兒當自強), with lyrics written by the late Wong Jim to On the General's Orders. It was sung by George Lam.

A rearranged version was rewritten and sung by Dayo Wong as Men Don't Cry theme song.

Wu Ke Qun sang a version based on the iconic theme song.[2]

  • it sounds like jackie chan, cuz he sings, so i would check that out

  • @conzors it is jackie chan indeed

  • AWESOMEEE (:

  • cool

  • as i said... u.s. army airborn rangers get trained similar things...well sort of.

  • No, it's not wushu gymnastics. This is the real thing. This is actually practical in hand-to-hand fighting.

  • Maybe you didn't see the whole video.

  • Really? can they also scale a 15 foot wall and do 30 acrobatic backflips in a row?

  • Shaolin has a skill just like that , but they run across the walls.

  • Oh? I thought they vertical skills as well...

  • i am going to consider traveling to the taoist kung fu school. if you are the true publisher of the video and belong to the school, i really am considering to learn taoist kung fu and qi gong especially

  • this is freakin' awesome stuff
