I LUV what Southwest has done for air travel, and I fly them every chance I get. I am greatful for the history that these two key figures have developed over their careers, and I sincerely hope to meet both of them one day and say "Thank You" for making it OK to enjoy what you do.

The two will remain full time employees for another 5 years....hmmm...I know they won't take a cut in salary and the other new bosses will get a raise. Perhaps this could have been a way for SWA to save money but looks as if they won't. Maybe they will start charging the fees as other airlines.

No matter how many Management changes Southwest goes on to make none will be bigger then when you both moved on to the next chapters in your life!
