Medicare costs go up becomes HEALTH CARE COSTS across the board go up.

When insurance costs go up They hike up premiums.

When medicare costs go up rather than do the responsible thing and raise taxes or cut spending. They borrow money and add to the deficit

If we had a single payer system taxes would be higher but they would still be LOWER overall than insurance premiums because of the HUGE buying pool of the entire population.

Id rather pay 200 more in taxes than spend 8000 on premiums
