do you know the guys in the band? my name is dean bennici and i wrote this song at 17 in my home town of alhambra, california. that was 1980. i still have my original recording. somewhere these guys picked up the tune and called it theirs. probably in santa barbara where i went to university. its an exact copy of my tune, except they didnt know my verses. i would hope i can get in contact and they can make that right. that woud be ever so kind. i will anyway post the original recording soon.
Everyone's been looking for Bill, since the world's supply of toilet paper has dwindled. The guy's in CVB saw the future when they wrote this tender little ballad. ;
Last time I saw Bill he was F**King my middle son's mother while I sat at the end of the bed and smoked a Lucky Strike...But then in 1989 I left home and haven't seen him since. Last time I called her and asked her "Where the hell is Bill?" she said she didn't know..Her brother's don't know either, But I remember he said that since I watched him fuck...I'm like a brother to him...Where the hell are you Bill?
my dads friend from a record company that now works ups with him played this song when a guy named bill got fired from work the day after at full volume throught the entire building lol

What a great track for your first post! Thanks! Haven't heard it in a very long time. CFNY used to play it constantly in Toronto in the eighties.
