  • Who is the priest?

  • Ooo. br. Maxymilian

  • what was the first chant/song when the priest walk up to the altar?

  • This is a very beautiful church. I don´t know why there are only a few people knowing that Poland is a very catholic country.

  • @franmon88 It's just a small priory.

  • @assasincomedy Thanks for your answer. Is the sspx growing in Poland??? I hope so

  • @franmon88 They are slightly growing, but hopefully if they enter full communion with Rome, Catholics will flock to the SSPX.

  • I was born in 1967 so was denied this connection with the mass of our ancestors , no thanks to those that shredded the mass with their novel ideas. To this day I attend a novus ordo mass but I have no apprecieation for the modernists that dumbed it down.

  • Tradycyjna Msza św. Jako młodemu człowiekowi w 2006 r. dane mi było odkryć ten skarb! Coś wspaniałego.

  • Is this a Polish Tridentine Mass ?

  • This small chapel, is 100X more beautiful and meaningful, than any of the 'modern' auditorium Catholic churches with the freestanding altars, and non-crucified/risen Christ images. Thank you for this video.

  • I have uploaded 2 full Tridentine Masses on my youtube account from the Agneskerk (Agneschurch) in Amsterdam the Netherlands (Holland) served by the priestly fraternity of St. Peter. One of the priests is from Poland: Andrzej Komorowski fssp

  • @pastorDHJ Amen!Nowhere does the Bible even give the idea that Mary was without sin. If when she gave birth to the purest being this world has ever seen she was still considered to be unclean. Jesus is the only person to be without sin. That is very misleading for the pope to say that she was. Many Catholics put Mary up on a pedistal when she doesnt belong there.

  • @AndrewTheAngryViewer And He still loves you

  • @AdversusHaereses Thats disgusting what he said.

  • ***Ja polecam książke Bonowentury Meyera "Ostrzeżenia z zaświatów" Ukazuje do jakich skutków doprowadził modernizm posoborowy.

  • @Chichiri520: Exactly that's why I am going to convert. Protestantism indulges to far into godless pleasures (just look at the shape of their "churches") and I don't feel the presence of God in protestantism. I don't know your position on Benedict xvi, but to me and after studying canon law I have come to the conclusion that he and the popes after Pius XII are not legitimate popes because they have delved into heresy.

  • @FolkMusicFanatic Not a single Pope after Pius XII said any heresy, they might have done some ambiguous things, however private judgements of ours do not depose a Pope. There is the difference between formal and material heretic. And even so, if any of the Popes had said and insisted in teaching heresy, a council would have to be convoked to depose him/them. Or else the Promise of Vatican I would be broken of Perpetual succession in the Papacy.

  • "Hail Mary, full of grace" No, Hail God WHO IS GRACE for He's our creator. God is a God of Grace and He's the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. "Holy Mary, Mother of God," Mary is not God's mother, God is the creator and satan is the liar. Mary should be respected as the mother of our Lord Jesus Christ, not God, peace

  • @John3164ever Even Jesus said that Mary was his mother. Do you not remember when he said "Woman behold your son." If you are denying the Virgin birth you are denying the Bible and the deity of our God and Lord Jesus Christ.

  • Saint Basil wrote on statues and icons. He said that when we bow to the statues of Christ or icons of saints that it isn't the wood, or stone that is being worshipped, but rather the person shown. For example when one bows or kisses an icon. They are showing God, the Mother of God, or a saint respect. Also some people feel more prayerful and use the objects as reminders of God. the third commandment says not to worship "graven images." This should help clear any controversy. Excellent mass!

  • @FolkMusicFanatic

EXACTLY! Images represent TO what IS BEING REVERED to. Such things are also great tools in concentration or aid to prayer.

  • All I can say to the protestants who love to mock Catholicism (God's true Church) is that you people are just like Satan in every way. The heretical protestants can't even agree among themselves, that's the reason they have over 300,000 protestant denominations. The Church isn't the main thing they mock however, think of when they picket the funerals of soldiers, and they call themselves Christians. Give me a break.

  • @FolkMusicFanatic

Isnt that why Protestants are always having schisms at the drop of a hat?

  • @servorumdei The Pope deleted the 2nd of the 10 commandments so they could use statues & images in worship. They split the 10th commandment on coveting into two commandments so they could still have 10 in number. Look at the list of 10 commandments published by the rcc! The issue here is not how the Ten Commandments are numbered, rather the issue is that most published lists of the 10 commandments do not include the words, "you shall not for yourself an idol".

  • @kiwichristian2009 they aren't used in worship, we have that commandment still. We have them in our churches and they look nice, and help some people feel prayerful. We never bow or worship them. They are just stone and that is it, they are not worshiped as a god or anything.

  • @AnotherAppleMacbook My friend. Would you like me to send you photos of catholics and the pope kneeling, worshipping and praying to these statues?

  • @kiwichristian2009 You are so filled with lies and hatred. No one is worshiping. Why don't you concern yourself with your own salvation? Can you prove that they are worshiping the images in their hearts? If so, you claim to be God. Again another lost protestant that has been raped by Satan to believe the heresies of Martin Luther. Your hatred for the Catholic Church, the True Bride of Christ, was put their by Satan and you are too blind to even know it. I will pray for you.

  • @robertiacomacci Yes, i can prove it. I have testimonies of ex-catholic priests and nuns that prove it. "Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them..." —Exodus 20:5. Ok, so then why do so many catholics and the pope BOW DOWN before a statue of Mary in their worship places?

  • @kiwichristian2009 Bowing before the statues is a form of reverence, just as in the Old Testament persons would bow before a Patriarch out of reverence. Mary bore the second person of the Trinity in her womb. She was not randomly chosen, as some might believe, but had maintained a life of holiness to that point and to the end of her earthly life. It's right that we ask her for her prayers and support.

  • @StealthGoblin1 But God tells us NOT to. Mary was a sinner too, btw, just like you and I. It is FORBIDDEN to pray to or try to communicate ( which is what prayer is! ) to the dead in Duet.

  • @StealthGoblin1 No one disputes the fact that Mary is the mother of the human Jesus even though she was not the “supplier” of His human soul. Nor is there any question that the man Christ Jesus was created human in body, soul and spirit. What is disputed is the extension of the title “mother” to a divine nature that eternally existed and was not created in the womb of the virgin. A mother is only the mother of what originates within her womb....

  • @kiwichristian2009 From a Catholic point of view, the question was settled in the 5th century when the Nestorians were disproved. Jesus Christ is the Incarnate Logos, one subject, not two--i.e. Jesus Christ and the Logos are not two separate persons or subjects. Even in normal human relations, a mother is not the origin of what the father provides, and yet she is regarded as mother. Neither human mother nor father provides the soul, yet this does not proscribe titles of mother and father.

  • @StealthGoblin1 ......The second person of the blessed trinity did not originate in Mary’s body. He is without beginning – has always existed – and has no mother.

  • @kiwichristian2009 The Son as hypostasis has his origination in the Father alone; the Father, as source, eternally begets him. So, yes, Mary does not eternally beget the Son. Yet, as regards the Incarnation, she bore in her womb and gave birth to God. The early Church speaks of Mary as Theotokos--i.e. God-bearer or Birthgiver of God. This is not understood as Mary being the source of the Son's hypostasis. The Incarnate Word received his humanity through his mother.

  • @StealthGoblin1 "she bore in her womb and gave birth to God" Wrong. God never had a beginning, nor an end. He is from everlasting to everlasting. Your first pope constantine mixed Christianity with paganism, particularly the worship of mother+child ( SEMIRAMIS - "Queen of Heaven" "Mother of god" ). He mearly changed their names to mary and Jesus. And, you said " The early Church speaks ". Who cares? If what they said goes AGAINST the Bible, which in this case they do, they are proven liars.

  • Comment removed

  • @kiwichristian2009 The reason we call the Virgin Mary the "Mother of God" is because JESUS IF God, fully God. If the person in her womb/Jesus was not fully God, we have NO SALVATION! Thertefore a denial to call her Mother of God is a denial of Jesus's divinity! I'ts as simple as that. X3

  • @weirdschool No one disputes the fact that Mary is the mother of the human Jesus even though she was not the “supplier” of His human soul. Nor is there any question that the man Christ Jesus was created human in body, soul and spirit. What is disputed is the extension of the title “mother” to a divine nature that eternally existed and was not created in the womb of the virgin. A mother is only the mother of what originates within her womb....

  • @kiwichristian2009 The problem with this logic is that you end up having two subjects: Jesus, the man, created and human; the Logos, uncreated and divine. John makes it clear that the eternal Word that was with God [the Father] in the beginning and made all things, is the same Word whom John the Baptist heralded and who became man. As I wrote before, my human soul does not originate with my human parents, yet they're still my mother and father.

  • @weirdschool ...The second person of the blessed trinity did not originate in Mary’s body. He is without beginning – has always existed – and has no mother.

  • @kiwichristian2009 Constantine wasn't bishop or pope. You are right that God never had a beginning, nor an end. This is why in the Incarnation there is no creation or adoption of a new divine person. It is the Logos, eternally begotten of the Father, the Son of God, who becomes Incarnate and is in time born of the Virgin Mary although his origin is outside and beyond time. What the early Church has said matters because the Church is the pillar and foundation of the Truth (1 Timothy 3:15).

  • @StealthGoblin1 Constantine was the first to proclaim himself "Pontius Maximus". A title STILL USED today.

  • @kiwichristian2009 Pontifex Maximus was a title used centuries before Constantine by emperors. Julius Caesar and Augustus Caesar, for example, were each Pontifex Maximus.

  • @servorumdei They were obeying specific instructions from God. Show me in the Bible where God tells you to make HUGE statues of mary and popes and to bow down to them and pray to them?

  • @kiwichristian2009 The Apostles and Mary were still alive when the New Testament was written. Much was written before there was a pope of Rome. The Bible cannot be expected to have these specific injunctions. The prayers of Mary and the saints are powerful before God, and it's right and fitting that we ask them for their intercession.

  • @StealthGoblin1 Show me in the Bible where God tells you to make HUGE statues of mary and popes and to bow down to them and pray to them? God knows everything. He knew when mary, etc. would die. He never said to build statues and/or to worship or venerate her. Mary only gave ONE instruction in the WHOLE Bible and is hardly even MENTIONED in the NT by name! Show me in the Bible where prayers to dead people can help us? (The Bible, NOT apocrypha which is not inspired as we know)

  • @kiwichristian2009 There are lots of things the Bible does not say. The Bible does not directly say, for example, whether Christians should have their own church buildings, or when Christians should celebrate Easter. Sin and death has no power over the saints. They are alive in Christ. The Christian God is God of the living, not of the dead. The prayers of the faithful departed do indeed aid us. Does the Bible indicate there is a stone wall between us and heaven?

  • @StealthGoblin1 1 Timothy 2:5. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"

  • @kiwichristian2009

Col 1:24: "Now I rejoice in what I am suffering for you, and I fill up in my flesh what is still lacking in regard to Christ’s afflictions, for the sake of his body, which is the church." What is lacking in Christ's afflictions? Our sufferings with Christ, united to his Body. Through baptism and the Eucharist, we participate in the life, death and resurrection of Christ and are mystically incorporated into his body. We offer ourselves up with Christ in the Sacrifice.

  • @thephonographsniper vain repetition =rosary,bowing to statues=idolatry,making statues=idolatry

  • @knowall77 Galatians 1:8,9 - Anyone who preaches differently from the gospel is accursed.

  • @servorumdei The Catechism of the Council of Trent states these words: "It is lawful to have images in the Church, and to give honor and worship unto them...". Exodus 20:4,5 couldn't be any clearer that even BOWING down to a statue is idolatry. Yet, Catholics foolishly claim that they are not worshipping the statues they are bowing down to. BUT, God forbids us from even bowing to statues.

  • @Finnjun The woman in revelation is a picture of the Israelite nation as shown in Gen37:9,10 with the sun representing Jacob, the moon his wife Rachel, and the 12 stars representing the tribes of Israel. Christ was born of Israel. The Israelite nation is often referred to as a woman in Isaiah54:5 and Jeremiah31:32.This woman cannot be mary because the woman IS ON EARTH DURING THE TRIBULATION, whereas mary's spirit is in heaven at that time.

  • @LEFTY310 Acts4:12 "Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”

  • @VanesaWeiss Such a wonderful Mass, in the humbleness of the outdoors today, the Mass of Divine Mercy, in a language we can understand, both English and Spanish. Something we can participate in,. No pomp and circumstance, no glitz and glamour, no extravagance like the outdated Mass of the olden days. The congregation actually participating in this Mass as opposed to merely watching a show on the altar in a foreign language

  • Lovely. Nice to see Mass from other countries. We sing Christus Vincit with the ssame tune but a few seconds fasters

  • The LAtin MAss is so beautiful I can't believe that we let it go for so long

  • We never let it go. It was the clergy that mistranslated Vatican II.

  • but we did let it go. MAny of the things that we did during the Latin mass we no longer do, or are told we don't have to do.

  • Have you auctually considerd auctually reading the documents of Vatican II before blindly following it?

  • I don't blindly follow Vatican II. I don't blindly follow any thing. I bacame a Catholic because that is where God has called me to be. Vatican II changed to much and at a a pace that was to fast. That is why today we have so many people who no longer practice their faith.

  • Well, as you may know, Vatican II kept both the Latin Mass and formed the Mass in Latin, with the Rosaries and Kneeling and Chant etc.

  • Vatican II did keep Latin i nthe new mass. However it has been changed so often that now the new mass has no Latin in it. Some churches no longer have kneelers, and have become more like baptist and other protestant churches.

  • Dialogue Mass, I take it, the responses at the Prayers at the Foot of the Altar, seem to be in synch with the server, very nice!

  • i am still respect jesus and virgin marry !!.... God Bless them and all world !!... amen !!

  • No Christian denomination (whether Catholic, Orthodox, etc) goes that far as to elevate Virgin Mary to the status of a goddess. However, Muslims (in their Islamic Quran) have erroneously accused Christians before of doing it.

  • @ednj908 Amen! Jesus said " I am the way, the truth, and the life. Noone comes to the father but through me." Meaning Jesus is the only one to save your soul. Mary cannot hear our prayers. The Bible also tells us to prove all things and hold fast to what is true. It doesnt matter if every pope said she was. The Bible is Gods word. Follow The Word and not the system of religion.

  • To say the woman in Rev 12 is anything but the Blessed Virgin Mary would not be logical as Israel and/or Catholic Church didn't give birth to Jesus, which means the woman has to be Blessed Virgin Mary!

  • Dear fossils12,

That is not entirely true. The traditional Catholic interpretation (also mine) is that the woman is both Mary and the Church. You might be interested in Hugo Rahner's book on the subject: "Our Lady and the Church".

    God bless.

  • Yep, I'm aware of traditional Catholic interpretation but I still feel it doesn't fit chronologically if it also applies to the Church. I'll try to get hold of the book you suggested so I can understand your perspective better. Thanks & God bless!

  • I agree! The chronlology is very strange: Mary is in heaven and at the same time giving birth; the rebellion of the angels at the beginning is placed just before Christ's birth as well as after his ascension. It's all very confusing. I would probably take the chronology loosely as describing spiritual reality rather than a sequence of events.

    God bless.

  • Mary was human like us and did not preexist in heaven before coming to earth.

  • Amen. I agree entirely.

  • Obviously.

  • great...thanks for this....I thamk u thru the depth of my soul...

    Ave Maria,gratia plene,Dominus Tecum....:)

  • Genesis 3:15 (Latin Vulgate), Luke 1:28, Revelation 12 should shut up hmetalcowboy unless he's using a modified bible...

  • Beautiful mass!

  • who is then mentioned on revelation chapter12 vere 1-12.....who then is crowned with the twelve stars in heaven...brother,read the bible and then talk....devotion and identification of Mary as the Mater Dei,and Sancta Mater Dei Genetrix or the Holy Mother of Christ, the indentification of Mary as the cause of our Salvation goes back to the times of Iraneus,Polycarp and the earliest Chruch Holders....brother,think before you talk...

  • What a beautiful Mass- I am far a way from home right now and viewing this brought so much peace and comfort to me-thank you for posting it!

  • Liturgical abuses reenact original sin. It's amazing how God cares so much that the craziness of the '60s, plus the abuses of the N.O. of the '70s,&so on didn't bring swift justice, but instead, the return of the Mass less likely to allow abuses! Ok..so some priests did quickie Masses and some abused people's total trust in them. That was multiplied exponentially after it was made not the ordinary rite. Though, via Holy Spirit's protection of the Church, the NO is holy, but easily abusable.

  • It also keeps the world running normally when done correctly. Sure, disasters can happen still, as people can lose their way&do very wrong things&God needs to correct that out of justice (if not for Asissi's St. Francis's answering at 100%, God almost ended the world)&the love that corrects souls while there's time, but you have to wonder what disasters might have befallen us if the Mass were also being abused (when, in St. Francis's time, clergy, religious&laypeople were losing their way.

  • Wonderful, tear-jerking - bring all the traditional ceremonies and teachings back!

  • CATHOLIC IS A RELIGION ALL ITS OWN BASED ON TRADITIONS FROM ROME WITH CHRIST AT ITS CENTER. THE MASS TO ANY OTHER FAITH WOULD SEEM STRANGE . iM ACCEPTED CHRIST AS LORD AND SAVIOR AT CHARISMATIC MEETING WHEN I WAS 14 mANY CATHOLIC

  • What is the name of the Latin hymn at the very beginning of the Mass?

  • blodhemn9: You are poor ignorant fool.... You mock what you do not understand ;)

  • Thanks for these lovely videos. It is wonderful to have a "server's view" and to hear the words spoken softly by the priest. If anyone wishes to follow the variable prayers, readings and chants in a missal, they can be found under the Feast of the Immaculate Heart of the B.V.M. (August 22). The Eucharistic Preface is that for Marian feasts, with the variant "Et te in Festivitate...". The chanted Kyrie, Gloria, etc., are from Mass VIII "De Angelis" (pp. 37-39 in the Liber Usualis, 1956 edition).

  • I am ready for the Tridentine Mass to return in full force!! Please everyone pray for this!

  • Good for you! Have fun with your sixty girlsfriends in the afterlife!

  • Not all Protestants are against you, friend. Lutherans are clost to Catholics where I live, and Orthodox as well. That is because we are all persecuted by the Reformed churches. Sancta Maria, Ora pro nobis, Amen.

  • TLM is very beautiful, just like what the book of Revelation/apocalype said about the worship of the lamb of God. Every catholic Mass has it worth. i praised the SSPX effort in preserving this beautiful worship. but being conservative aint my choice. i have problem when SSPX taught that only those who attend TLMass will go to heaven. worship is essential in Christian but eliminating Christ love in doctrines/law telling you should live like Jesus never died for us. Sancta Mariae ora pro nobis.

  • what is the difference??

  • That the sacrament of Eucharisty IS Christ, really present.

  • Can I also ask, how do you know that this cult was SSPX? I have yet to hear these things about the SSPX. So bloodtar, I might ask, what are your opinions of the TLM then? Do you hold these views of the FSSP as well? Satan uses many techniques to dispel the traditionalist movement, we must continue to pray for our sovereign pontiff and for all traditional societies, that they may resist modernism and bring the true restoration of Catholic beauty everyone.

  • Yes, we do have nothing to fear by not attending an SSPX Mass, but the fact of the matter is you cannot deny the holiness of his Grace Archbishop Lefebvre, if it weren't for his courage in consecrating the four bishops, we would not have the FSSP and any foreseeable indult would take longer to achieve. I may also add that the the founders of the FSSP dissociated themselves with the SSPX. Personally, I love both the FSSP, SSPX, and many other traditional orders.

  • My parents went and joined this wierd catholic cult up in Idaho where the priest tells them to disown your family and don't leave your children any inheritance but to give everything you own to the church. Fuck St.Pius X traditionalist cult. Also they're told to disassociate themselves from family unless they join too. They have'nt called or associated with a one of their six kids or many grand kids in almost 5 years ever since they joined this damn thing. Don't be deceived by this bullshit.

  • thou shall not worship or bow down to any statue or ingraven image. I'm asleep all ready

booring.I'm catholic my confirmation name is william . Sanctum you to. old legends and fairy tales

  • I am an altar server and Sacristan attending the Tridentine Latin Mass in an SSPX church, the Latin Mass is the closest thing on earth there is to Heaven. It has more beauty than the English Mass a thousand times over and is more reverant to the praise and glory of God, than any vernacular Mass. Ad Magnam Dei gloriam.

  • Thanks for the wonderful experience of being able to witnessing, after a long lapse of time, the sublimely beautiful Holy Mass in the Tridentine tradition! I hope this six-part Votive Mass will not be discontinued but preserved for all who may wish to review it in future!

  • thank you for posting this

  • You have nothing to fear in attending a Mass offered by the SSPX.

  • And you have nothing to fear by NOT attending one.

  • geniussmart, no you are not guilty of any sin in attending a Mass celebrated by a priest of the SSPX. Cardinal Hoyos and the Vatican has said that attending an SSPX Mass is perfectly acceptable. The SSPX is a great traditional group, so is the FSSP, the ICRSS, etc.

  • I know exactly where "the sense of the sacred" is found, and I cling to it with a fierce tenacity. It is found in the celebration of the Old Latin Tridentine Mass where profound reverence for the Blessed Sacrament is ingrainedd into every moment off the Liturgy, and where Communion in the hand and "Eucharistic Ministers" are still looked upon in horror with Catholic eyes, and are clearly recognized as the out of place, sacrilegious, non-Catholic practices that they are.

  • The sense of the sacred has not been lost, it has been deliberately thrown away, run out of town on a rail,by the arrogant agents of the New Paganism of Modernism masquerading as Catholic reformers, who have introduced novel pratices into the Church that demean the Eucharist, show contempt for tradition and for what our fathers taught us, and have led to a worldwide crisis of Faith of umprecedented proportions.

  • Am I guilty of sin if I attend SSPX mass?

  • sin doesn't exist.

priests exist to make you feel guilty.

  • ukidding, son of satan, vadre retro, in Jesus name!

    Sin DO exist!

Priest exist to make us be closest of the kingdom of God on earth, to make it more and more present within this world having the Evil for master.

  • EVEN Luke said in acts that the church isn't built by man,But that is not important but what is is what paul said there are many ministries but all minister to christ and christ to god. So we're are all one body under christ forgive my harsh comments LET US UNITE AS ONE. AMEN

  • what does all this rubbish talk have to do with this Video. If you don't like it MOVE ON. we don't need your GOD LESS comments

  • If you deny Jesus' virgin birth, your basically denying His Messianic prophecy in Isaiah 7:4.

Also, there are alot of astronomical abnormalities in the sky during the time of Jesus' birth, therefore, it is very likely to be scientific fact that a star led them to Him.

    /watch?v=w5Ke7Tn3uOU

  • what astronomical abnormalities?

  • thinking beats habit

  • believe in absurdities,

    kill for absurdities.

    keep a level head.....

    atheism is rational.

  • Thou shalt not commit murder.

  • I remember being an athiest. I remember beating up kids for fun as an athiest. They seemed weak, and I loved the violence.

Now I'm a born-again Christian, and I've sworn I would never harm anybody, not even in self defence.

  • You make a Good Nazi

  • reality is best appreciated through rationality not superstition.

free your self from the chains of dogma

why be a self imposed slave all your life?

  • Credo in unum Deum.

Patrem omnipotentem, factorem caeli et terrae, visibilium omnium et invisibilium.

  • Or you dead soul

  • Think again...

Contrary to all the images of Satan having horns, a pitchfork, and a tail; Satan appears as an angel of light (2Corinthians 11:14.) This is critically important to understanding the Word of God, and demonism.

Ironically, most people in the world today are following Satanic deceptions, which APPEAR as being of God; but they are of the Devil. One such organization is the Roman Catholic Church which bows to idols, worships dead saints, Idolises Mary, prays vain repetitions.

  • Yes, i should say so.

  • Simon Magus, Changed his name to Peter it's called identity Theft, The First Pope was not Peter the apostle. How can u call some one pope aka father if jesus said do not call anyone father , father is your father in heaven

  • It is irrational to say the actions of man determine the truth behind religion. There has been corruption from the message Jesus brought, because man is flawed.

  • So simple an answer.

But why would God entrust his message with this group from Rome who have committed wholesale evil from the day they came into power? Surely, other sects who have kept more closely true to the teachings of jesus would seem to be the real repositories of knowledge from God, if there truely be one. Why would God entrust his most important message and, hang ETERNAL LIFE on it, with a bunch of murderous, totally corrupt thugs?

Catholics will NEVER answer that question.

  • Many people have died by the Roman Catholic Church, but Scripture is where we find the answers to such important Knowledge. The church should not dictate the beliefs of its followers, but Scripture should guide Christians.

  • The Roman Catholic church used to KILL people for reading the scriptures: it was the domain of preists only. The Gutenburg press changed that and created Protestants.

The Roman Catholic church is and always has been a bastion for evil.

  • so true follow the bible not the fake churches, amen

  • How can you possibly believe this is the "true church" when it has KILLED and TORTURED so many? Are you so blinded you cannot see the pure evil?

What about the Cathars, the Merovingians, St. Bartholamuews massacre, the slaughter of the Aztecs, the anihilation of whole villages of jews or the Inquisition?

Pull your fingers out of your ears, stop saying "blah, blah, blah, I can't hear you" and examine the REAL TRUTH.

  • The rapid spread in Latin America of the virus that causes AIDs is made worse by the Roman Catholic Church's stand against using condoms, a UN official said.

Some 1.7 million people across Latin America are infected with the HIV virus or full-blown Aids, and the epidemic is spreading swiftly with up to 410,000 new cases in 2006, up from as many as 320,000 new cases in 2004, according the UN Aids programme, UNAids.

  • why wont the church canonize australopithecus to celebrate our early beginnings?

A great saint would be Saint Lucy, an early hominid found in Ethiopia, and at 3.9 million years old would clearly be the oldest saint.

Her statue next to the blessed V Mary's would make an interesting contrast.

  • Quando tandem a superstitione cessaveritis? O stultitia! O mores!

  • You European protestants are more passionate then

American protestants .Hey I know you like to way in on this , but the statement you made is your misguided opinion .Anyway This argument has nothing to do with you Im in a middle of debate with an atheist not a christian.

  • Where in the Bible dose it mention our lord condoning the use of statues?

And yourselves for removing the 2nd commandment so as to fill all your churches with statues.

  • Walk into any Catholic Church in Ireland any afternoon and you will find old women kneeling before these graven images of Mary, same goes to all the grottos littered around the country. They are a magnet for bead fumblers.

  • The Apocryphia were corrupted alexandrian manuscripts, these were rejected as canon by the old testiment Jews, (Also rejected by present day messianic Jews) Our lord never quoted from them nor is there any cross reference to them in any other part of the Bible, they also contradict the Gospels by condoning praying to the dead, a common practice among Catholics and Indulgences for purgatory, another false docterine invented by the vatican.

  • @StatueSmasher Amen. The authors are unknown and they contain many errors such as Torbit could not have witnessed the devision of Israel into the northern and southern kingdoms in 931BC(Torbit1:4),and have been deported 200 years later in 734BC(Torbit1:10).Also Judith falsely states that Nebuchadnezzar reigns over the Assyrians, whereas he ruled Babylon instead.

  • You are correct that it is a "sin" to worship statues, I it is also a "sin" to HAVE them. For this reason I destroyed the statues and images of my posession after after reading about this in the Bible.

"Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the LORD your God". Leviticus 26:1

  • You trip over statues and images when you walk in the door of a Catholic Church. Christians worship Jesus and obey his holy word which is the Bible from Genisis to Revelation.

  • Mary really knew how to play the game eh? She was a jewish whore who got knocked up out of wedlock - went to the streets and said "God speaks to me, he also made me pregnant yet I am still a virgin!!" ha ha - and it worked for her - remember - she would have been killed having fucked around in those days! Now all religious people have given her a divine status - makes me laugh actually. Have fun with your bull shit religion!

  • Are you a jew hello, that is not historically correct!

  • Neither is a "virgin giving birth to god's son" - so there you go. Which do you think is more LIKELY though? A whore getting knocked up and trying to save her life creating a fantasctic story - or a god beimg born from the body of a virgin.... hmmm - i know where I would place my bet ;-)
