What's the safety net here in Japan? Hello Work job centers? National health care that covers only 70-80% of medical fees from overly crowded hospitals. There are plenty of homeless men and some women in Tokyo and Osaka, and incomes have been declining for years. Layoffs are now becoming common. The countryside and smaller outlying cities are full of boarded up businesses on main streets. Take a trip Laura, please.
