FairTax removes federal taxes and 'replaces' them with the 23% inclusive FairTax.
Government pays the same amount it does already, only the taxes are clearly visible to all.
Same goes for nursing home patients, leukemia patients and EVERYONE else.
Key words are 'replace' and 'inclusive'.
I highly recommend you read the two FairTax books. Same goes for everyone.
The FairTax is not perfect....no one is saying that. Compared to the current punishing regressive system......its a no brainer.
