i can tell you a recipe for royal icing but i have no idea what a recipe for gingerbread is. the recipe is:

3 eggwhites

5 cups powdered sugar (icing sugar)

and ya just beat it together until really gluey. you might find some recipes for gingerbread on youtube or you can even use cookie dough. have fun =)
