Simple basic rules of fighting:

Maintain proper distance (very important).

Keep your fists close to your body, don't hold it out like how they do in the vid.

Avoid using kicks unless there is a clear opening

After an attack lands do not assume it is over, always follow up until opponent is down.

Don't over commit your attack unless you have a weapon, which the dudes in the vid don't.

Other than that, it's a pretty decent street fighting vid.
