Can you see them take it?Can you feel a tug like swinging for Steelhead? aother question I had was, What kind of retrieve are you guys using? do you cast it close and let it sit, or do you do small strips? I bet those scars on that carp are from bow fisherman. I know some guys that do a lot of that.

I use a Backstabber Carp Fly for most of my still water fishing...but like the extra weight of a Belly Crawl Carp Fly in deeper, moving water!
