The M.A.R.V is the best epic unit, the firepower is variable, with 2 rocketlaunchers and 2 railguns it is stronger than a redeemer or hexapod can be, you can earn money, it is just the most useful.

lets break it down to this, while the Redeemer can beat the other epic units 1v1 and is indeed stronger vs large units, the Hexapod has the atvantage of having 100 corruptors healing it, and a mastermind teleporting it all the time back to them. the Marv? this can give you cash but thats about it, its actually the slowest epic unit and doesnt have any combat effective special abilities. not even its power bring any good, at least the redeemer can be stealth and the hexapod can teleport.

only way you have an advantage is how you use them for defensive and offensive situations i use them for defence then for offence when i built some AA and loads of ranged units and use epic powers like the tiberium metoers ( my fav as it leaves some tiberium for someone to take)

You have no clue about the gameplay mechanics.

Marv and Redeemer are euqually strong - you can put 4 zones into your marv and destroy every tank army thats there. you can stealth your redeemer, sneak up from behind and use rage generator to wreak havoc amongst the enemys or to demolish undefended bases.

the hexapod is probably the strongest in the hands of traveler 59 - teleports, phasefields and many many corrupters easily give you a heroic hexapod.

MARV is the best actually. On an all around Basis. The HexaPod only carries 3 units plus you can give it a master mind which makes it telaport. The Redeemer only has two units with a pretty bad Laser from the Avartars. The MARV collects tiberium and has the best gun

As much as people may disagree with it, I must say I wish epic units were only in campaign or at least if there was a way to turn them off for skirmish. Now all I need for victory against Hard and sometimes even Brutal is build Epic unit as fast as possible, stack it with the strongest infantry and roll into an enemy base. Victory in 10 minutes with one unit guaran-damn-teed. That's just stupid. Now you don't even care what subfaction you are since the Epics are all the same for them.
