I just keep coming back and rewatching this episode. I keep thinking how wonderful Rachel was thru this episode and how horrible it was to lose this talented actress.
I totally agree. I remember when this aired...god, I never cried, but this particular episode(s) tugged at my heart. I miss the good old days when they focused on entire families and not just a few or only individuals. God I wish GL would go back in that direction.
I agree. These scenes broke my heart...I hated that Maureen was killed, but the grief and acting that came out of the story blew me away. The little girl who played Michelle was amazing.
I really love the background theme where Ed and Ross are together. What's the name of it?

Lillian just should have left and left things alone. She could see Michelle didn't want her there.

I hear ya. This is one of the few times a soap scene made me cry. Melissa Hayden (Bridget) broke my heart....I loved her and that character.
