I heard the Tarbosaurus and Tirascosaurus (spelled wrong) had the shortest arms in comparison to it's body. But I knew Carnotaurus had really short arms. Maybe i'm getting bad info...
@dinodragonlover Carnotaurus' arms were actually smaller in comparison to its body than T. rex's were. Carno's arms didn't even have claws, they were just stumps! This is an anatomically correct representation
If you would do some research, there is fossil SKIN evidence of boney osteoderms running along the neck. back, and tail. The ENTIRE right side of the body was preserved.

The only flaw is the eye position, they should be on the front, not the side.
