2000 Audi S4 with Borla Exhaust Before and After Piggie Vid

Wow, ok, that is the exact sound I am looking for on my chipped 2001 S4...

So please excuse the dumb question, but what are piggie pipes ? it certainly sounds better WITH them on ! PLease tell me what I need to do to get this sound out of my car !!! So many exhaust on youtube, but no one cares to answer my questions !

Why do they call it an s4 b5?

B5 is like the range of years this model was created. The B6 is the newer model when they introduced the V8 for S4's. B5's were made from 1997 to 2002, but are most commonly seen as 2000-2002. It's the same concept as BMW's e ratings. For example, a 1997 M3 was an e36, the 2004 M3 was an e46, or a 2001 M5 being an e39. It's just a generation number.

what are the different stages mean??

stg1=chip

stg2=chip,catback (other exhaust work, Intercoolers are also acceptable here)

stg3minus= k04turbos or rs6turbos in place of k03turbos as well as previous stages, stock fueling.

stg3= stg3minus with fueling.

stg4= bigger turbos, mostly using garretts, mostly custom.

Headers arn't really requried for any of these stages, but of the GT kits there is only one kit that is a true eleminator kit out now and it just recently came out, so any other GT you have to use new headers. As for upgrading to K04's and RS6's you can get new headers but all of these kits are eleminators aswell (meaning no need for new headers). Also for the cost headers really arn't worth the upgrade on k04's maybe on RS6's and above, but i'd rather spend the money elsewhere.
