You do have a truly amazing voice , It's so rich in tones. The problem is that it sounds like you are singing off a sheet of words. Like Painting by numbers, It's all done in small packets of colour. Maybe its just because you are sat looking at yourself. I think you need to stand up and express the songs from your heart with the words flowing from your head. OK , you wont feel so secure but that way you will give a more 'honest' performace. Good luck.
