Just found out that there is a Tara's on College Avenue in Berkeley. Strangely enough it's exactly where there once used to be a La Val's pizza parlor way back in the 50's. I know because my parents went on their first date there. I think maybe I'll take my Mom back there for ice cream. I want to try the Garam Masala flavor.
I love organic food...It's always better than the inorganic stuff...Also, there's a feeling of well being that one gets whenever they eat organic food and use organic products.

Tara is so great, her ice cream is fantastic too! She uses certified organic dairy products from Straus Family Creamery in Northern Califronia.
