  • I jumped to this video after watching your first and I have to say, there is a BIG difference! You've made good progress :)

  • Do you have a boyfriend?

  • Comment removed

  • i think it's a wise decision to not talk about it with friends... from my experience, topics like personal anxieties can be really draining when constantly talked about, especially when everyones just trying to enjoy an evening

  • you're going to be okay..:) Your a sstrong chick.

  • Really liked the video. Keep up the vids and good luck with progressing!

  • wish i could give you a big hug. youre the cutest thing ever :-) Hope things get sorted out for you

  • Which uni are you at? i went to Southampton. Nice place, but sadly it didn't work out for me :(

  • Ow.. You're so cute and sweet, cutest person on youtube =D, and wow, you really made my day a bit more positive. I do relate to everything you said.. and when i say everything i mean everything.. Even the way your mum and your brother are. Its like we even got the same family. I really don't yet know if i should tell my mum about it. I also got the feeling that she will say.. nuuh you dont have anything.. you just analize things too much :/ Anw, tace care!

  • Wow you are so cute lol =) I like your accent and everything.. i hope you get over your SA.. im struggling as well.. everything you mentiont ive felt before.. good luck..

  • Don't give up, I think you are very brave and honest for making these videos and "putting yourself out there" like this.

I don't think I would be able to do that, I hope and think you will do fine =)

  • I can relate to everything you are feeling and experiencing. Its just so hard to explain to people. When I watch your videos I cant look away =]

  • i havent replied this to Imolestcats becuase i dont feel its neccessary to start an argument onyour comments

but OMG he/she (it!!) is soo umbelieveably wrong there about saying you are butt ugly and the second part to what he said was disgusting and wrong.

    i think your great :)

  • You are just so sweet! One of the sweetest girls on youtube....

  • i feel like that when i do videos....

  • Your so sweet! Things will be up and down for life. You just have to work through it, and enjoy the highs as a break. Mom's are always lost for words when we open up to them. I'm happy for you.

  • You are one in a million, you light up the screen with your smile.

  • Following on from the previous comments, the belief that you are separate is the beginning of suffering. Your mind thinks it is running the show; it isn't! When you think something bad is going to happen, you think its happening to you. Actually, it is just what happens. Try and locate this person you identify with, you may be surprised what you don't find!

    Regards

  • Thank you for your comments! I remember doing something like this in philosophy and I think it's a really good way to look at things as yourself being part of the world, rather than you are against the world kind of thing. Thanks for sharing =D

  • Please note this cannot be understood by the mind. Any philosophical understanding appears in what I am trying to communicate. Sit still and try to notice "THAT" which never changes, THAT which never comes and goes. You will realise in has no qualities whatsoever. Try and negate your own being? You are what I am and all your fellow students are also it. It cant be named only recognised. Ever wondered why its always NOW?

    Take care

    Richard

  • Have you ever 'looked' to find out who it is that is shy? Is there a separate person here apart from thought? The idea that you are separate from the world is the root of all your problems. Other people are not separate from you; they appear in you. You have never been a separate person. When the "I" or "me" thought arises at about 2 years old, contraction happens and you feel fragmented. When you rediscover what you truly are, shyness goes on its own.

    I am living proof.

  • What an asinine thing to say.

  • IMolestKittens, you're a fvckface.

  • that's great about you mustering up the courage to tell your mom. I think it really helps to have someone close to talk to about SA. I go through these low points as well- usually once a week and I find it so hard to get up as well..but anyways I think your mom is absolutely right about everyone having social anxiety to some degree-this makes it more of a personalized obstacle that one is capable of overcoming. But yea, keep up the fight & stay hopeful, good luck w/ your studies...

  • Thanks for the comment! I think you're right, the way that everyone at some point in their life experiences social anxiety to some degree can be quite helpful.

  • i have the same problem with sleep. because my dreams are more real and fun than my real life. so its hard to get up or stay awake once i do. but at least your making an effort. im not lol

  • I know exactly what you mean. I hope you are doing okay.

  • What your Mom said was funny. Sounds like you have a great Mom. : )

Keep your head up, your so right - the low points DO pass. Sometimes they seem to last forever as you say, but just keep pushing through it.

The end was brilliant, nothing to be embarrassed about! I loved the yay you get to watch more rambling bit. I look forward to it! : )

  • Thanks, my mum is great!

Oh dear I actually initially wrote 'my MOM is great'... haha I think you are gradually brainwashing me with your american english! :P

  • That's funny you say that, I actually debated using MUM or not in my head! lol

  • LOL!
