i just got CS4 AE.....OMG i am so confused, can someone tell me how to do twitch effect, and i have 1300+ extra effects and text...

Ah, I forget how I did it, but I know it has something to do with setting the twitch values the same values as the high peaks of the music and then parenting them both together.

you have to register it.

if you did, you should have a file called ae.key or something like that.

Place that in the main directory of where you extracted your Twitch

I use Sony Vegas 7.0e to export videos with audio.

After Effects + Audio + Video = :(

Sony Vegas + Audio + Video = :)

Adobe Premier is good at that as well. Just render your file in After Effects and sync up with audio in Premier. My vids always turn out good with the audio synced up.
