  • As much as I like the piano, the Cello fits this song more perfectly, you can feel the emotion more from the Cello.

  • beautiful.

    5*

  • Awesome! Its nice to see such a classy take on Trent's work. The common misconception with Nine Inch Nails is that they are very dark artists, when in actual fact they capture the beauty in the darkness.

With a full orchestra, I truly think "The Fragile" CD would make a great broadway musical.

Anyone have Andrew loyd webber's e-mail? hehe

  • Kickass :)

  • Wonderful :]

  • You are both such beautiful people. :'^(

  • Excellent musicians!

  • Phenomenal. I'm incredibly impressed.

  • woooooooooow

    claps!

  • very well done !

  • I wish someone made an entire CD of classical variations on nine inch nails songs. This is absolutely awesome. A symphonic version of "closer" would be amazing.

  • The have. As with Tool, Radiohead, Led Zeplin, Janes Addiction, Metallica, Pink Floyd, and a bunch of other stuff.

  • Wonderful. Hats off to you.

  • That was wonderful. =)

  • Can you send me the music for this please? I need it for a christmas present.

  • Beautifully done! The fragile is definitely NIN's most emotional album

  • that album carried me through some of the darkest times of my life. amazing album.

the album version of this song is my 'personal national anthem'. i want trhe frail played at my funeral.

  • I always felt much the same way about A Warm Place

  • Jesus! This was really awsome! Goose bumps everywhere! Congratulations!

  • Pretty nifty. The ending was really nice, like what you did with the piano there. :)

  • ilove this, i listen to the mp3 everyday

  • My heart almost stopped beating

  • i like better the original version.

i think you subverted the feelings of the song.

Well played, but I didn't like it.

  • My father and I where the ones who put that piano on the stage. I am not aware if it was for this or not, but I recall moving the piano onto the wheel stand it's on and putting over near where it is in this video.

  • Beautiful this makes me want to cry I love this.

  • I am not sure what it was from 01:42-03:27, however I understand the adaptaion. I feel this piece is best in its original form. That I would like to hear. Good work.

  • woo! benneli's version without the crap electric crap at the end :P

  • vary well done. love it! i love the the song good variation. OH just realized your the ones posting the sheet music. omg thank you, i've been using it to learn the piano. thank you thank you thank you!

  • vary well done. love it! i love the the song good variation.

  • JayR this is not the fragile. it is the frail which comes before the fragile. figure it out. duh.

  • the cello player kinda looks like girl trent...but she's hot, i like goth chicks! this comment is gonna get sooo many thumbs down...

  • This is very sly of you.

  • Very nice, reminds me of The String Tribute to Nine Inch Nails cd.

  • Admiration to him. Congrats to you.

    TRENT REZNOR IS CLASSIC.

    Proven.

  • inspired

  • bravo, really that was elegant and every other positive adj. , if only people like you would play daily in every town square across the world. Things would be smoother.

  • this is taken out of a song called " the Fragile "

  • its also a track on "the fragile" called "the frail"

  • Wow.

    Simply beautiful. =)

  • sweeetness

    makes me cry

    cool hair, chicky playin piano!

    Sweet Cello work, great variations

  • This is quite beautiful...

    Great work with this.

  • Very well done. I hate it when people butcher NIN songs, but you did a great job in my opinion.

  • This is very cool. I wonder what Trent would think of it.

  • Excellent composition. I like the way you totally disregarded Trent's emphasis of his minor/Major transitions when writting your variations. Nice work both of you!

  • I'm learning how to play this, as well as some others songs by her, right now. I like it alot.

  • TRENT would be proud ;P

  • I love it!

  • i can still see my comment from a month ago on this ....wonder why more people havent seen this- its brilliant :P

^ typed that before i actually read my previous comment, which was essentially the same thing lolol

  • shit... i wanna learn the theory to make fugues like in 2:18 . Apart from that, this is very nice, liked very much. Good stuff! :-D

  • This is incredible but i have seen this before.

  • 2:20 and 3:35 are my favourites. You've done a really great job, I'm no musical expert but I think it sounds amazing. The piano the violin and the cello are my fav instruments, so you've won me over.

  • disappointed more people havent seen this, its brilliant :D

  • Amazing. Beautiful job. Kinda makes me wish i could play cello!

  • awesome

  • Wonderful! I was searchign for the sheet music and I found this. Which led me to the sheet music anyway.

I like the second-to-last variation as well as the last. It's kindof funny hearing the bach-type (don't know the technical name for it) uptempo version.

  • i liek it very much, an interpretation?remix?appropriation? or just a change of context? watever, i love it and your talent and your hair, and your piano, all we need now is a croud and to be facing the right way lol. 5/5

  • i too found that 3.14 was my fav... but i love the classic interpretations of it, thankyou

  • Very cool. Sounds great. I like the pianist's hair.

  • 3:41 is my favourite.

  • truly awesome, especially the way you both did the frail with both piano and cello, it sounds amazing, especially how it extends into more, unique music directly from it. very nice, ~g.

  • This song has always been so melodic and beautiful.

  • Nice job, The Frail...very nice.
