Ohhhh, BURN!! I don't care how many times I've seen this scene, I always love it and react to it as if it was the first time watching it. This has got to be one of my favorite Hotch scenes from the whole series (second only to those from ep. 100 and Slave of Duty). It's such a great scene as it shows how spot-on Hotch always is. What a beast! It's the quintessential Hotch. And I love his very subtle change in demeanor at 0:27, visibly uplifted to kick ass!!

This scene, along with the scene in the episode Damaged where Hotch and Reid are trapped in the room with the serial killer during guard shift change, prove that Hotch can master any situation. Here he cool and colletced, but in the other episode, when the murderer threatens them, his calm is a thin veneer over a boiling rage. If Reid hadn't jumped up and started talking the death row inmate wouldn't have survived the night. Two very hot scenes. Hotch is THE MAN!!!
