my arms can not go even close to the degree that yours go back. i have been doing deadlifts underhand grip to strengthen my glutes, abs entire back while also stretches the hamstrings do you think this would be a much faster way to get good posture or is it better to do small isolation stuff like this?
Yay I attained nearly two additional inches to my height by improving my posture, hallelujah! Thank you Mam, will continue practicing these wonderful exercises tehe
@nani5019, you can see look in the mirror that bad posture could "shrink" you several inches. Not only does good posture lend itself to height , but allows for air to flow into your lungs better, giving you more energy!
since having a lumbar fusion i have great difficulty swinging my legs forward to effect proper heel strike so i shuffle on the balls of my feet. can u suggest any exercise to correct this? thanks!
@nancyflo Tough for me to give advice on something like this unless I've done an exam on a patient. Probably best to visit a chiropractor and go from there.

If you have a good posture does that mean you are taller
