This show was a tour de force. Incredible- what high fashion & theatre is. All of the big girls of the day were in this show, and some under the radar runway girls like patricia velazquez as well.

As usual, Linda steals the show. She would look gorgeous wearing a plastic sack. She is beauty and elegance personified. I want to see more of her, on the internet and on magazines!!!

Naomi's breasts make a jump for freedom during the finale. Galliano's designs were to a much higher quality early on - the way the clothes are made is just impeccable. Though, he more successfully differentiates his designs at Dior and his own label as his career goes on. The black dresses are perfect, sensual and have the divine precision of a surgeon's scalpel.

i never saw this show, but i simply remembered it because of Linda Evangelista wearing that yellow dress...she stole the show. i grew up watching these women and they are the reason i fell in love with fashion. all the greats walked in this show...Naomi, Kate, Carla, Kristen, Nadja, Helena and the list goes on. i miss these women dearly.

ah these were the days. I saw an interview with Galliano where he said with many of the bias cut dresses they would rub the girls and then the dresses would just mold the body. The yellow dress linda was wearing was on the cover of Bazaar.

There are moments in fashion when you just now it is something special that people will talk about years and years after - this show exactly that - it is a legend indeed. Even now, watching this video you feel the energy in that room and it is so emotional you almost want to cry from excitement.

@josylaquisha i am searching MY ASS OFF to see some pics of that collection he did in the 90's with cleopatra as the inspiration, all i keep getting is the 2004 couture collection he did for dior, ive seen very grainy pics somewhere of that cleopatra collection somewhere but now i cant find anything anywhere. do u have any idea what exact season it was? xx
